AXR lets you book and order from local shops inside ChatGPT and Claude. Shops connect their Square system (Clover coming soon), and your booking or pickup order goes straight into it.

Add AXR to your assistant

Add AXR once, then ask for a booking or a pickup order in plain words.

Claude

  1. 1Open the add link below while signed in to Claude.
  2. 2Check that the name is AXR and the URL is mcp.getaxr.com/mcp, then press Add (choose “No sign-in” if asked).
  3. 3In a new chat, turn AXR on under + → Connectors, then ask, for example: “Book a haircut at Juniper & Gold tomorrow at 5.”

Or add it by hand: in Claude go to Customize → Connectors (claude.ai/customize/connectors) → Add custom connector, name AXR, URL https://mcp.getaxr.com/mcp → Add. The free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds AXR under Organization settings → Connectors, then each member presses Connect.

ChatGPT

AXR’s listing in ChatGPT is coming soon. Until then, if your ChatGPT plan lets you add custom MCP servers, you can add AXR yourself:

  1. 1Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, press +, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. 2Name: AXR. URL: https://mcp.getaxr.com/mcp. Authentication: none. Confirm “I understand and want to continue”, then press Create.
  3. 3Start a new chat, pick AXR, and ask for a booking or a pickup order.

Who handles my booking or payment?

The shop. Your booking or pickup order goes into the shop’s own system (such as Square), and your card payment goes to the shop. The shop sends its own confirmation.

How do I change or cancel?

Ask your assistant, for example “move my haircut to Friday” or “cancel my booking at Juniper & Gold”. AXR changes it in the shop’s system.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued by the shop. Contact the shop first. If you can’t reach them, email us and we’ll help.

Something went wrong

Email hi@getaxr.com with the shop’s name and the time of your booking or order. We’ll look it up and help you reach the shop.
