How does AXR make money?
From a software fee on the orders and bookings AXR brings you: 15% of their value for food and drink places (cafés, bakeries, restaurants, bars) and 20% for everything else, counted per location and charged monthly to the card on file. Early adopters pay nothing during early access, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before the fee starts. You only pay when a customer books or orders through AXR. Pro, coming soon, adds the AI receptionist on its own number and lowers the rate to 18% outside food and drink.
Is Free really free?
Yes. No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no software fee for early adopters during early access. After early access, AXR earns its software fee only when it brings you a booking or an order.
What does the software fee apply to?
Bookings and orders customers make through AXR, in an AI assistant or with AXR’s receptionist. Walk-ins, your own phone calls and bookings you take yourself are yours, with no fee.
Is it per location?
Yes. Each location has its own software fee and its own monthly statement, and paid plans are priced per location.
Can dental and medical practices use AXR?
Yes. AXR books appointments and answers questions about your hours, services and prices. Handling patient health information? Talk to us about your practice and we’ll set it up with you on Scale.
